When you book direct with FANTOOSH we require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. If you need to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund up to two weeks prior to your check in date (minus any credit card charges).

Full payment is reqired two weeks prior to check in.

Any accomodation booked with other booking platforms, will be under their terms and condtions

The eight-digit entry code you received via either email or SMS to enter and exit FANTOOSH will remain active until 10am on the day you check out.

Upon arriving input the code, then press the house icon on the lower right hand side each time you wish to enter or lock the door when leaving.

To lock the door from the inside simply turn the lock clockwise, anti-clockwise to unlock.

In the cupboard above the induction cooktop, you will find two keys. One for the bathroom window and the other operates all the other windows, both are clearly marked.

There are several power points equipped with both iPhone and Android ports. Some computer laptops may also be able to be powered directly from these points.

Please note, we are unable to provide any protection from power surges that may affect devices, using the ports are at guest risk.

Please connect to Choille with the passcode sent to your phone.

Along with the usual free to air you may connect to google TV to utilize your own Netflix, Stan or other provider networks.

Connect to the JBL FLIP 6 via Bluetooth on your smartphone, no password required.

FANTOOSH has underfloor heating throughout which has been set to two separate heating settings. Lounge and bedroom have been set at 19 and bathroom is set to 23 degrees for guest comfort.Accordion Content

Gas fireplace has a remote located on the right-hand entry way wall to the bedroom. This fireplace is extremely efficient at heating the entire property. Once the desired temperature is reached the heater, will regulate automatically. When not actively heating the flame effect will still operate.

For a healthy sleep the heater should be turned off when going to bed, the underfloor heating will provide any buffer the winter will bring. Fantoosh is well insulated.

Please note, the gas heater should always be turned off when you are out.
The top surface of the heater along with the glass front can get very hot please be careful.

Never put any clothing or combustible items on the heather surface. There is a dryer located in the bathroom area for any clothing items that need attention.

Please never put hot pots or pans directly on the kitchen bench top, this may result in cracking or burning. Any damage to surfaces by guests will be charged for at direct invoiced replacement cost.

Please use the mats provided to place hot pans on. Thank you

Note, there is a special raised circular platform kept in the pot draw for use when using the grill. All supplied cookware can go in the microwave.

Range hood
Operational buttons for this are directly above the cook top.

Light is the far left hand button.

Additional under bench lights are via a sensor button on the far right side of the range hood.

Toaster and kettle
No fancy instructions for these.

For your convenience we have supplied both a Miele washing machine and Miele condenser dryer.

There is an iron and ironing board located in the laundry area opposite the washing machine.

All our bathroom products are free of fragrance and irritants. We try to use organic natural wherever we can. 

Hairdryer is located in the laundry cupboards.

Makeup mirror can be controlled by the button directly on the mirror itself. 

We have supplied Micellar water and make up remover pads for your convenience. 

The bathroom bin is located directly below the recessed lighting on the side of the laundry cabinets. Please put all sanitary items in this bin not down the toilet as we are on an envirocycle which cannot process these essential items.  Thank you 😊

You will find we have set up the fire ready to light for your convenience.  Additional firewood to keep the fire going is undercover outside, tucked into the hedge. 

We have put a lid on the fire pit to keep the tinder dry and ready to light. It will require two people to move. 

Water hose is located on the fence on the drive way. 

Please either put the lid back on the fire or extinguish the fire with the hose when fire is unattended.

The plate is located adjacent to the fire pit area.

It’s very heavy and will require two people to lift. 

Simply season with some olive oil prior to cooking your meal.

We have supplied BBQ utensils and mitts to remove the plate when hot.

The circular lid can be placed on top of the bbq plate to contain any embers when you are done for the night. This will avoid the need to handle the hot plate. 

Please use the mitts to avoid burns to hands !!!

Total fire bans.
If this code has been declared, we will clamp the lid on the fire shut to prevent fire from being lit and leave a note to advise you of this declaration by RFS.

It would be appreciated if you would place the cushions and outdoor rugs (located in the basket below the lamp) back when you retire for the night. In winter the dew and frost will make these items very wet overnight.
